Primary Care Physician (Outpatient)

Location : Spartanburg, SC

Compensation : $240,000+ / year + bonus

Sign-on bonus : $100,000

Employment Type : Full-Time

About the Role :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD / DO) to join our well-established outpatient center. This is a 100% outpatient role with a supportive team and minimal call responsibilities, designed to foster work-life balance and long-term career growth.

Schedule :

  • Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
  • Minimal call coverage

What You Can Expect :

  • 40–45 minute standard patient appointments
  • One-hour appointments for new patients / initial exams
  • Ongoing peer-to-peer collaboration and career development support

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base salary of $240,000+ annually
  • Up to 20% annual bonus (paid biannually)
  • Sign-on bonus up to $100,000
  • Generous relocation assistance
  • Health benefits starting Day 1
  • 18 days PTO + 8 paid holidays
  • 5 days CME leave + $3,500 CME allowance
  • 401(k) with employer match (eligibility after 12 months)
  • Occurrence-based malpractice insurance

    • Requirements :

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
  • Board Certified
  • Active and unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain) in state of employment
  • Current DEA license
  • Experience in an outpatient or primary care setting preferred
