Accounts Payable Associate

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Associate (Netsuite / Coupa).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end process of invoice processing and vendor relations

Monitor and respond to inquiries through the ServiceNow ticketing system

Assist with month-end close procedures and vendor onboarding compliance

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a similar role with knowledge of US GAAP

Experience with Excel and Google Sheets, particularly using advanced functions

Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Flexible team resource, able to pivot between different AP and T&E responsibilities

Flexibility with personal schedule to accommodate global collaboration
