Location : Indianapolis, IN

Job Summary :

• Diagnose, disassemble, repair, and test a variety of electrical / mechanical equipment (AC / DC motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes, etc.)
• Utilize tools such as multimeters, high-pot testers, growlers, micrometers, and calipers for accurate diagnostics and measurement
• Conduct failure analysis, document findings, and follow proper procedures for part identification and reassembly
• Perform in-house and on-site repairs; follow OEM, EASA, and customer specifications
• Maintain accurate records of testing, troubleshooting, and final quality checks
• Requires 13 years of experience or relevant training (EASA / military)
• Strong skills in diagnostics, repair, and mechanical / electrical safety practices at a skilled trades level

1. Do you have Industrial Electric Motor Experience (not automotive motors)

2. Do you have Motor Mechanic Experience

3. Do you have Motor Mechanic Experience Winding experience - preferred

4. Do you have 9001 - preferred

5. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
