We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative clinical team of outstanding professionals! The ideal candidate will possess expertise in applied behavior analysis and a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop effective intervention strategies.Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques and best practices.Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.Stay current with research and advancements in the field of behavioral health and special education.Advocate for clients' needs within various settings, including schools and community organizations.What we offer

Valid BCBA Certificate required.Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly young children with autism.Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively.Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and professionals.Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information.Compassionate approach towards working with individuals facing behavioral challenges.A warm, approachable, and team-oriented spiritA commitment to ethical, child-centered careReady to apply?
