  • Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop SAP Commerce Cloud and marketplace solutions to support our eCommerce strategy for B2B & B2C.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications, technical documentation, and user stories.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver scalable eCommerce solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration with backend systems, including SAP, CRM, and third-party applications.
  • Responsible for onboarding sellers, API integrations and managing marketplace operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system availability and user satisfaction
  • Participate on global cross-functional teams as subject matter expert for SAP Commerce Cloud
  • Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications a plus (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Mirakl Marketplace Expert).
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce systems architecture, administration or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) including product catalog management, order orchestration, and customer experience modules.
  • Strong understanding of REST / SOAP APIs, data mapping, and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
  • Experience with product data management, customer relationship management, and ERP systems within an eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
