Role : Benefits Manager

Duration : 3 month contract with the potential to convert

Location : Onsite 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) in uptown Dallas, Fridays work from home.

Job Description :

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Benefits Manager to lead the administration and strategic oversight of our employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee perks. This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations such as ERISA, ACA, and FMLA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance oversight, and will use data analysis to evaluate trends and guide continuous improvement. Additionally, the Benefits Manager will support budgeting and reporting efforts while driving employee engagement with our benefits offerings. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in a benefits leadership role, supporting organizations with 1,000 or more employees.

Day to Day :

• Program Management : Oversee administration of employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement, perks, etc.)
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations (ERISA, ACA, FMLA, etc.)
• Vendor Management : Maintain strong relationships with vendors and providers, including contract negotiation and service oversight
• Data Analysis : Evaluate benefits data and trends to guide strategic improvements
• Budget & Reporting : Support budgeting, reporting, and employee engagement around benefits offerings

Must Haves :

5+ years experience as Benefits Lead, Supervisor or Manager

Supported at least 1000 employees

Strong compliance experience- deep understanding of federal, state, and local regulations (ERISA, ACA, FMLA, etc.)

Experience with vendor management including contract negotiation and service oversight

Budgeting and reporting experience
