Hourly Rate : $65 / hr

Hillcrest Hospital Cushing is a 99-bed community-owned facility offering a wide range of services, including :

  • 24-hour emergency services
  • Cardiology
  • General surgery
  • Orthopedics
  • Diagnostic imaging
  • Withdrawal stabilization
  • Wound care
  • Urology

    • Your Responsibilities

  • Commit to a 12 consecutive week assignment.
  • Be assigned to a specific unit, with flexibility to assist in other units as needed.
  • Work a minimum of 36 hours per week, including at least six weekend shifts in a six-week schedule period.
  • Complete hospital / nursing / computer orientation with minimal unit orientation.
  • Work holidays during your agreement period.
  • Participate in all mandatory education and comply with HHS policies and procedures.
  • Be evaluated based on standard hospital job descriptions for your position.

    • Qualifications

    Job Requirements :

  • Associate's degree in nursing (ADN).
  • Current, valid, and unrestricted Oklahoma license or multi-state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of one (1) year recent hospital experience in the selected area.
  • No prior employment with Hillcrest Healthcare System within the last six months unless approved.
  • Satisfactory completion of the interview process, including background checks and a post-offer physical.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
  • Appropriate certifications as required for the area.

    • Preferred Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

    • Note : In-House Travelers acknowledge that this is a temporary employment assignment and are not eligible for benefits except those mandated by law. In-House Travelers are also ineligible for all differentials, including critical staffing premiums.
