Minimum Qualifications : Education : Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary Experience :

• Minimum 3 years of pediatric experience required NICU experience (Level III or IV) : Minimum 2 years Emergency Department experience required (can include float / cross-cover) Previous travel experience required Licensure & Certification Requirements Licensure : Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Required Certifications :
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Preferred Qualifications
• NPS (Neonatal / Pediatric Specialty) certification Additional Unit-Specific Information
• Environment : Small unit with a broad skill mix, ranging from seasoned staff to new grads
• NICU Capability : Up to 6 ventilated patients
• Collaboration : Strong multidisciplinary teamwork required
