Key Responsibilities
Supervise general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining records
Manage calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the General Manager
Track new hires and exits while preparing agendas and coordinating meetings
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in administrative support roles
High school diploma or GED required
Experience working with executives is essential
Proficient in event planning and budgeting processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
