In conjunction with Nurse Manager, physician leaders, and administrator, develops and monitors QI program for the Unit / Care Center. Serves as a clinical consultant and a role model by planning and coordinating patient care in area of specialty practice. As a resource person for MAP, consults with physicians, consumers, community and other health care disciplines. Qualifications : Experience : A minimum of 3 years experience in specialty is strongly preferred. Required Education : Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
