Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to deliver essential medical services and support to patients with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition.
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Perform basic medical procedures such as venipuncture, catheterization, and IV insertion.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and wellness strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
