Responsibilities include managing club revenue and expenses, maintaining high customer service, handling member and employee issues, training staff, and ensuring cleanliness and adherence to policies. You'll also assist in managing front desk, child sitting, and maintenance staff, create schedules, ensure proper attire, monitor websites, and manage inventory.
