Key Responsibilities

Deliver accurate contact center forecasts and manage resource planning

Provide leadership and support for Workforce Management Optimization and strategy execution

Develop reporting processes and dashboards to communicate insights to leadership teams

Qualifications

5+ years of Workforce Management experience

Advanced understanding of business process analysis

Strong analytical skills (SQL, Excel / Google Sheets)

Experience with call center workforce management software

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet stringent deadlines
