Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and assist with HR reporting needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Four years of experience in people and operations, preferably in a research or academic organization
Three years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles
Knowledge of human resources best practices and compliance requirements
Proficiency with Google Suite, AirTable, and other collaboration tools
