This position is located at Patrick Space Force Base and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL.

This position is not eligible for a hybrid or telecommuting schedule. Tasks for this position must be performed on-site.

Essential Functions

• Analyze, log, track, and resolve basic software / hardware anomalies pertaining to networked workstations and printers
• Perform imaging and configuration tasks for .MIL Standard Desktop Configured (SDC) NIPR / SIPR workstations
• Perform hardware / software installations and upgrades to ensure workstation performance
• Review weekly PC vulnerability lists and apply appropriate resolution
• Diagnose and resolve common PC issues
• Interface with all levels of RGNext
• Perform other duties as assigned
