Compensation : $85,000+ at plan
Responsibilities :
- Engage inbound leads with energy, confidence, and professionalism
- Build trust and guide customers through their shed-buying experience
- Communicate clearly from the first call to final delivery
- Take ownership of every sale without excuses
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics weekly and monthly
- Collaborate with teammates and celebrate wins together

Qualifications :
Two years of sales experience preferred (we’ll train the right person with grit and drive)Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and writtenOrganized, detail-oriented, and motivated to crush goalsComfortable using CRM tools and tracking performance metricsMust have a valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportationHigh school diploma or GED required; college degree a plusAbout Company
