Key Accountabilities
- Aggregate and clean commercial operations data from sources (ERP, CRM, POS, specs, region-level reports).
- Review existing promotional content for accuracy and effectiveness; under supervision, update or retire materials as needed.
- Understand what sales channels (manufacturers' reps, distributors, architects, engineers, end users) require to effectively sell smart / connected products.
- Use insights to design marketing campaigns; monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Assess and recommend pricing or product placement optimizations (e.g., opening new channels or better stocking).
- Collaborate on technical writing, video production, spec sheet development, and other product marketing projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Assist in maintaining data integrity through structured governance.
- Support trend analysis of market size, order drivers (price, commission, rebate), CRM funnel, and margin dynamics.
- Aid in creating market growth and commercial forecast models.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.Strong analytical mindset : Able to interpret market trends, perform competitive analysis, gather customer insights via interviews or surveys.Marketing fundamentals from coursework or classroom experience.Excellent collaboration, communication, and storytelling skillsespecially in framing the product's value for diverse audiences.Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms like Google Analytics, and social media / digital campaigns.Learning Opportunities
