What You'll Do As An Independent Living Coach

You'll work one-on-one with individuals in our day programs to support them in daily activities and encourage independent living. Your daily impact will include :

  • Coaching and supporting communication and social skills
  • Assisting with meal prep and daily living tasks
  • Organizing fun and engaging leisure activities
  • Providing transportation to community volunteering opportunities
  • Empowering individuals to reach their personal milestones

What You Need To Join Our Team

  • A passion for people and a positive, team-first attitude
  • High School Diploma or State Accredited GED
  • Valid Maryland Driver's License
  • Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to pass a basic skills reading test
