- Travel to client homes and provide personalized physical therapy sessions
- Assess movement, strength, and mobility challenges—and build plans that work for real life
- Teach exercises, functional techniques, and modifications to reduce pain and improve daily living
- Motivate and guide clients through recovery at their pace
- Communicate with families and other healthcare team members to keep progress moving

Requirements
What We're Looking For :
A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan.Experience in physical therapy, especially in a home health setting, is a plus but not required.Great communication skills and a friendly demeanor that connects with patients and their families.The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.A desire to learn and grow in your role, with a compassionate approach to patient care.A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.Benefits
