Contract : Through December 2025 (extensions based on performance & business needs)

Join Orion Group’s pharmaceutical client’s APS Operations team—an industry-leading organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient support experiences that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and operational excellence.

We are seeking a Project Manager to partner cross-functionally across business, IT, and operations to execute critical initiatives, streamline processes, and enable innovation within APS.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management and analytical support to APS Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, effective execution of projects and initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources using Monday.com or equivalent PM tools.
• Partner with IT and business leads on reporting and data-driven initiatives to inform operational priorities and strategic decisions.
• Develop and publish project communication plans , ensuring consistent and transparent stakeholder updates.
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and SOPs to support operational readiness and compliance.
• Analyze process and escalation trends , identify root causes, and implement process improvement strategies.
• Maintain CRM license compliance and optimize utilization across teams.
• Support knowledge management by organizing and maintaining critical operational documentation and resources.
• Manage Five9 platform operations , addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions and improve user experience.
• Support additional APS Operations initiatives as identified by leadership.
