Your Role : Make an Impact!

As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist , you will :

Evaluate and provide tailored speech / language pathology services to patients in their homes or facilities.

Collaborate on the development and periodic review of the Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care.

Utilize your professional skills to assess and treat disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing.

Administer and interpret diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments, including audiologic screenings.

Monitor and report changes in patient conditions and responses to treatment.

Provide training in alternative communication systems when appropriate.

Educate and counsel patients, families, and healthcare staff.

Maintain accurate documentation and timely reports as required.

Engage in care coordination activities and discharge planning.

Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professional conduct.

Participate in staff development programs and continuing education.

What We’re Looking For :

Required Experience / Skills :

Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology from ASHA.

A minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist / speech language pathologist.

Home Health experience is a plus!

Current and unrestricted license.

Current CPR certification.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.

Compensation and Benefits :

Pay Range :

$49.00 - $69.00 per visit / unit

$77,200 - $106,200 per year base pay
