General Summary :
Under general supervision, the Provider Navigator serves as the initial point of contact for childcare providers to connect them to resources and services, and support their success and sustainability within the community. The Provider Navigator ensures providers have access to the quality resources.
This full-time position offers a hybrid work environment that includes in-office, remote, and community-based responsibilities.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Within a team environment, the Provider Navigator will perform the following responsibilities :
Provider Assessments 30%

Job Specifications
Minimum Required
Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or a related field; or any combination of education and experience which would enable the candidate to successfully perform the functions of the positions.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience working with children and families, including direct experience supporting children ages birth to five.
Must have strong knowledge of general office procedures and demonstrate excellent organizational and computer skills specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Background check required. As a grant-funded Agency supporting Children and Family Services, CCRC conducts background checks commensurate with the role to verify candidate qualifications (criminal history, employment history / experience, education, reference checks) and ensure grant compliance. Specific roles may have additional verification / clearance to the standard background check as part of the recruitment and selection process, including :
