Schedule Requirements : Specific dates available starting in December 2025, contact our recruiter for specifics Shift times : 7a-3p Call shifts available as well,3p-7a Every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekend Call response time : 30 mins Procedures Required : General, Ortho, OB / GYN, Ped Dental, ENT, Endo, Podiatry, no heads, hearts or spines 350 deliveries per year - Providers MUST have OB cases in the past 12 months Must be proficient in blocks and epidurals Site Details : EMR : Cerner 3 providers scheduled every day No supervision (all CRNA practice) 2 ORs 2 Endo Room Credentialingtimeline : 60-90 days Temps / emergency privileges - AVAILABLE with clear background / malpractice history and an active, unrestricted license Required Qualifications Board Certified - REQUIRED MI Active license - REQUIRED Caselogs of epidurals, blocks (Provider must have OB cases in the 12 months) - REQUIRED Contact Jeff Rankin Reach out for details on compensation, benefits, and travel !
