A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Success to manage a team and drive customer retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a small team of Customer Success Managers while overseeing customer engagement and retention strategies
Handle a partial book of at-risk accounts, executing save plans and driving customer adoption
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless transitions between Save and Growth motions and operationalize customer success metrics
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer success or account management within a B2B SaaS environment
1+ years of experience coaching or mentoring peers in a team lead capacity
Proven success in stabilizing at-risk accounts and managing renewals end-to-end
Experience with digital and automated customer success programs
Resourceful and adaptable in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
