Responsibilities

You Might Be a Great Fit If :

You’re a licensed PTA in Oklahoma

You’re tired of clocking in and out with no voice in care

You’re interested in vestibular, balance, neuro, or pelvic floor rehab (we’ll train you!)

You want to do work that matters —not just keep up with productivity metrics

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with PTs to deliver high-quality, hands-on care for patients

Assist with therapy techniques and exercises, actively supporting patient progress

Monitor patient progress , tracking key metrics and updating the PT on any changes

Provide patients with clear instructions for continued care and at-home exercises

Assist with patient handling, treatment, and management to ensure safe, effective care

Help implement and progress treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist

Communicate changes in patient progress and track effectiveness of interventions

Educate patients on their recovery journey and how to maintain their improvements at home

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Oklahoma (or eligible for licensure)

Ability to carry out prescribed treatment plans under the guidance of a Physical Therapist

Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate and encourage patients on their recovery

Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life and achieve therapy goals

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative setting

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have) :

Spanish-speaking or multilingual (ideal for patient communication)

Experience in pelvic health or interest in expanding into this area

Manual therapy proficiency and hands-on treatment skills

Strong patient education and motivational skills

Interest in community outreach , assisting with local marketing, or building physician relationships
