Our client is a top national Interiors Subcontractor looking to hire a Project Manager experienced in Drywall to be based out of their Orlando, F L office!

As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with development of estimates for commercial projects, managing subcontractors, prepare material estimates and cost estimates for the product and / or service, and use bid data to prepare detailed cost analysis. You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes. It is important to be able to delegate duties to teams effectively and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

• High School diploma with proven experience, or associated degree with experience.
• 8+ years of drywall estimating
• Experience with On-screen Takeoff / Quick Bid or similar estimating software
• Familiarity with formal procurement and submittal processes such as RFQ, RFI, RFP
