With a strong presence in 15 locations spanning North and South Carolina, we are in search of a professional to manage cases related to estates, trusts, wills, and elder law specifically in Beaufort. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team of seasoned elder law attorneys and paralegals, under the guidance of a senior Certified Elder Law Attorney. Compensation : $110,000+ yearly DOE

Responsibilities :

• Meet with potential clients to discuss the legal services provided by the firm and offer advice on appropriate legal actions.
• Draft legal documents, research laws, and organize meetings with clients to establish their future plans.
• Prioritize customer needs to ensure they receive top-level service, maintain regular communication, and collaborate with the Client Experience team.
• Provide creative solutions to clients' legal challenges by analyzing their situations, understanding their requirements, and developing a tailored strategic approach.
• Accurately record and report time spent on hourly rate and flat fee cases promptly.
• Travel to various offices in the area as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with other attorneys to enhance your practice.
