Animal Specialty & Emergency Center of Brevard  located in Melbourne, FL is searching for an  Veterinary Technician  to join our  Surgery Service ! $1500 - $2500 Sign-On Bonus Structure Available to Qualified Candidates!    Compensation :

About you :

  • You are an experienced Veterinary Technician dedicated to  outstanding client service and excellent patient care .
  • You understand the importance of maintaining a  positive, respectful, uplifting hospital culture  and genuinely love working with people that share that same value.
  • You can adapt to the individual needs of each patient, are eager to continue enhancing your skill set, and  truly want to make a difference .

    • Requirements for the Role :

  • Minimum of 2 years working as a veterinary technician, anesthesia experience required.
  • LVT certification is prioritized.
  • A strong skillset and veterinary knowledge base, including restraint, venipuncture, phlebotomy, anesthesia monitoring with experience in calculating and delivering anesthetic agents, diagnostic imaging, laboratory equipment and procedures, etc.
  • Attention to detail, with strong communication skills with both clients and team members Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus ASEC of Brevard is a 24-hour Specialty + Emergency veterinary hospital with a goal of providing premier diagnostics and therapeutics in a comfortable, compassionate environment.
