We are looking for experienced team players to join one of the fastest growing home builders in the country.

Position Description

Our New Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for converting prospects into future Davidson Homeowners, generating referrals, self-prospecting, and building community and Realtor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests to the community.
• Guide customers through the home buying process while meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Actively use CRM program for follow-up and marketing management.
• Demonstrate model homes, quick move-in homes, amenities, and home sites.
• Understand in-depth all aspects of your community : floor plans, amenities, home sites.
• Generate leads by building relationships and self-prospecting.
• Monitor, meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Assist Online Sales Consultant & Marketing Team.
• Build & maintain broker relationships on an ongoing basis.
