Outside Sales Representative

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a dynamic and growing plumbing supply company, who is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help drive sales and company growth. We have openings in Raleigh and in Wilson, NC. If you are passionate about sales and have a track record of success, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Work with management team to update territories and set sales goals and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct regular visits to customer sites, including contractors, plumbers, and other related businesses.
• Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers based on their specific needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor customer’s credit status and assist in collections as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
• Assist in scheduled physical inventory counts.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
