Responsibilities

• Assist in development, implementation, and direction of the Advanced Sales program including participation in and development of large and / or complex sales proposals and assist the sales force in the implementation of life & commercial sales ideas and effective marketing for the life / commercial products.
• Train agents in the proper methods of sales and the proper placement and ownership of all advanced products and techniques.
• Assist and train agents in proper methods and techniques to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and highest ethical standards in all life & commercial insurance product sales.
• Act as a liaison between the Life, Commercial, and Marketing departments to assist the marketing force in understanding of Life department requirements and procedures.
