Manager - Outpatient Therapy

Rehabilitation Services Manager

Manages the daily activities of assigned team in providing rehabilitation services.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Education, Certification, and / or Licensure : 1. Bachelor's degree or a terminal degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy 2. Current or temporary certification in the state of West Virginia or licensure obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Experience : 1. Five (5) years of relevant clinical experience required.
