Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all AI and automation initiatives focused on improving efficiency, reducing manual processes, and enhancing company performance.
• Serve as the technical lead for all website updates, enhancements, and integrations to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Oversee all software and hardware vendors, including contract management, service quality, and cost optimization.
• Identify and implement emerging technologies that align with company goals and drive innovation.
• Develop, test, and deploy custom tools or scripts that improve productivity and streamline workflows.
• Partner with internal teams to understand business needs and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Maintain and monitor digital systems, ensuring uptime, security, and reliability.
