Americaneagle.com is seeking a qualified SEO Specialist to join our growing Digital Marketing team. We are looking for an SEO specialist with a background in both technical and on-page SEO as well as ongoing content strategy. They will contribute as the SEO subject matter expert on their account teams and work alongside other channel specialists to achieve each client’s business goals.

Responsibilities Understanding clients' digital marketing goals and translating them into executable strategies through ongoing site enhancements

Conduct SEO audits accounting for technical, on-site, and off-site factors

Analyze and provide recommendations for platform-specific SEO efforts

Provide ongoing recommendations for site structure, content, and user journey flow to increase visibility within search engines

Track, analyze, and report using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and SEO industry tools

Identify KPIs and complete work as needed to improve clients' site rankings and organic traffic across major search engines

Provide monthly / quarterly organic reporting as well as ongoing recommendations

Stay on top of industry trends and new tactics for search engine optimization

Communicate across multiple teams utilizing data-backed decision making

Requirements 4+ years of SEO experience

Strong experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console

Proficient experience with Bing Webmaster Tools, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other tools

In-depth understanding of search engines, up-to-date techniques, ranking factors, and principles for sound SEO design and user experience

Demonstrated success managing several accounts at the same time

Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.) as they relate to SEO

Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts verbally and in writing to clients

Strong time management skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Ability to think logically and develop practical SEO recommendations for client websites to support their marketing strategies

Americaneagle.com provides an energetic work environment and opportunities to develop skills. The US-based salary range for this full-time position is $60,000–$100,000 per year. Within this range, pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
