As a full-service flooring company, Flooring Experts delivers exceptional value and quality to both residential and commercial properties across the DC Metro area. We're looking for an A-player to step into the role of Operations Support Lead, where youll oversee our office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. In this position, youll be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, such as overseeing computer programs and daily business operations, managing company assets, and researching potential new business leads. Youll also play a critical role in keeping our projects on track and collaborating with our trades and vendors, while providing support to our General Manager.

This position will be heavily involved in the company's operations, including managing bid work for larger commercial projects and working closely with our Commercial Bidding Administrative Assistant.
