Job Summary

As part of the Data Mining Group, the Research and Creation Team Specialist is an integral part of a dynamic team, supporting and facilitating the recovery of healthcare payments. RCT Specialists review documentation received from the client and other external sources, including online research, to begin the investigation process by creating inventory.

Full remote.

What You'll Do

• Accurately document the data gathered from internal and external resources to create inventory
• Meet daily production quotas
• Regularly access client systems to gather information used to create inventory
• Use multiple computer systems to review claim data and work efficiently

This is a non-exempt position at $25.00 / hour.
