Key Responsibilities :
Cardiothoracic Surgery : Provide comprehensive surgical care in a fast-paced environment with a focus on Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) and other critical procedures.Patient Load : Manage an average patient volume of 5 cases, ensuring high-quality surgical outcomes.Call Coverage : Provide 24-hour call coverage to support a solo surgeon in a busy hospital setting.Collaboration with Support Staff : Work closely with a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver efficient patient care and surgical support.Requirements :
Board Certification : Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery.Experience with CABG : Proficiency in Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) is required for this role.Licensing : Must possess an active Indiana medical license or be able to obtain one promptly.EMR System : Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is preferred.Credentialing Timeframe : Candidates must be prepared for a streamlined credentialing process to ensure immediate placement.Practice Highlights :
