Experience working with international teams and contractors.
Overview
HiFyve is hiring a Technical Field Service Engineer based in the U.S. Applicants can live anywhere, must possess a valid passport and TWIC card for domestic and international travel.
Salary : $90k to $110K Annually + OT (non-exempt role)
Schedule : Work Schedule Pending Travel Demands
Location : Based Remotely, Travel across U.S. and Canada
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rotational and turbo machinery.
- Lead field service teams, up to 20 people, and ensure projects meet safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, collecting and reporting data to improve performance and reliability.
- Advise customers on operational best practices, maintenance programs, and spare parts planning.
- Perform vibration diagnostics, technical assessments, and customer training.
- Collaborate across teams, including engineering, field service, and aftermarket sales.
