What You'll Do :

  • Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring profitability and performance
  • Lead VDC / BIM coordination and pre-fabrication initiatives
  • Oversee material management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
  • Build strong client relationships while delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Drive safety and quality control standards across all project phases

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with an Electrical Contractor
  • Strong background in healthcare construction (essential)
  • Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, and team performance
  • Experience with change order pricing, billings, and financial software
  • BS in Construction Management or equivalent experience preferred
  • Spectrum software experience a plus
