Position Summary :

The Electrical Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and customer relations, ensuring successful delivery of mission-critical data center projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record managing commercial and data center electrical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Oversight : Manage all aspects of project execution, including financial performance, scheduling, tracking, forecasting, and change order management.
• Client & Vendor Relations : Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring project goals, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met.
• Estimating & Change Orders : Prepare project estimates, review vendor / subcontractor quotes and scopes, negotiate with clients, and manage change order processes.
• Scheduling & Coordination : Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; coordinate with General Contractor schedules; utilize pull planning techniques; leverage scheduling software and understand work breakdown structures. Collaborate closely with Project Superintendent and field teams to meet deadlines, maintain constraint logs, and align manpower with budgeted resources.
• Leadership & Team Development : Define roles and responsibilities, identify strengths and weaknesses, provide feedback, and create training opportunities for developing talent. Effectively lead internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
