Title : Supply Chain Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking a contract Salesforce Specialist to partner with our Supply Chain leadership team to design, build, and support an efficient intake, workflow, and customer support process using Salesforce Service Cloud (and related tools). While we've begun to "ticketize" shared inboxes using Salesforce, we need a dedicated expert who can both translate our business needs into Salesforce solutions and advise on what's possible within the platform.
This role bridges the gap between supply chain operations and technical execution. The ideal candidate brings Salesforce configuration experience, particularly in workflow design and reporting, along with helpdesk management expertise. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and collaborate with our IT team, but will own the functional roadmap and execution for supply chain support processes in Salesforce.
