Key Responsibilities
Support AMS tickets, configuration updates, and enhancements for Workday HCM
Serve as a key resource for approximately 50 customers in post-production environments
Manage workload independently across various client priorities
Required Qualifications
Active Workday HCM Certification
Experience with Advanced Compensation and Benefits module
Proven background in AMS or post-production Workday environments
Experience supporting multiple customers or shared service environments
Ability to manage workload independently
