The Role
The Regional Channel Manager (RCM) is responsible for the promotion and sales of all Watts Brands in the Fire, Waterworks, and Irrigation channels. He / she will provide technical and sales support to manufacturer's representatives and specialized distribution in the region. In addition, the RCM is charged with developing sales plans and strategies within the region to meet short and long term goals. The person in this role is the main point of contact to the representative and must build and maintain effective business relationships.
Responsibilities and duties :
Education : Bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical discipline) or equivalent industry experience
Management : No direct reports, but manages manufacturer's representatives throughout the region
Experience and required skills :
$116,000 - $139,000 annually plus incentive
