About the Position : Responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks across Housing Authority (HA) residential properties. Respond to work orders and emergency maintenance needs in a timely manner. Work proactively with supervisory staff to ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am 4 : 30pm.
