We’re growing- and we're looking for a dynamic, experienced Municipal / Land Use Associate to join our expanding Municipal / Land Use Department.

As a firm, we handle a wide variety of complex matters, with a focus on real estate, construction, business, employment, land use, municipal law, immigration, criminal and complex civil litigation. Requirements :

What We’re Looking For

An entrepreneurial and driven attorney who thrives in a client-focused, high-performance environment. Ideal candidates will bring :

• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial attorney with at least 3–5 years of Municipal / Land Use experience or a fervent desire and willingness to learn and develop skills in these practice areas.
• Experience in effectively advocating for clients in municipal, land use and zoning matters before governmental agencies.
• A Virginia law license in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
• Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
• Ability to manage clients and cases independently as well as work collaboratively with co-counsel and team members.
• A high level of organization and initiative.
• A personable, dynamic, and professional communication style.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• An interest in business development and expanding client relationships.
