What You'll Do

• Direct and coordinate nursing care, overseeing both licensed and unlicensed personnel.
• Engage patients, families, and health team members in care and discharge planning.
• Communicate and coordinate the plan of care with healthcare team members.
• Assist in defining standards of excellence for patient care and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Participate in the orientation of new staff members.
