E-Commerce Supervisor
The E-Commerce Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that E-commerce orders meet the L&R's standards. To be successful as an E-Commerce Supervisor you must be able to comprehend multiple forms of data and be able to identify issues and report them in a timely manner.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Train and develop E-Commerce Associates and have direct oversight over their duties and responsibilities
- Track and ensure orders get processed on-time with a high degree of accuracy
- Manage people and resources to complete the work with maximum productivity
- Develop efficiencies in E-Commerce and operations processes
- Log materials to maintain adequate supplies

Supervise / manage / direct the selection, training, development and work assignments of personnel in the E-Commerce department
