Job Summary : Culinary Assistant General Manager (AGM) Monte Wolfe's | Kirkwood Mountain Resort

From lift line to lunch line Monte Wolfe's has you covered. We are seeking a passionate and organized Culinary Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead daily back-of-house and culinary-aligned operations at Monte Wolfe's, the heart of Kirkwood's dining scene and its busiest on-mountain restaurant. Located in the vibrant Village base area, this high-volume, cafeteria-style venue serves hundreds of skiers and snowboarders daily with hearty breakfasts, satisfying lunches, a bustling aprs-ski bar, and an outdoor mountain grill experience.

This role is perfect for a food-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, works seamlessly across FOH and BOH teams, and has a hands-on, service-first leadership style. The Culinary AGM will ensure seamless food execution, team coordination, and quality service in every shift.

The expected pay range is Starting at $25.00 / hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
