Compensation : $16 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities :
Help builders, contractors, project engineers, and construction manager with all aspects of the job and the daily procedures of the project to ensure the project gets completed in a timely manner and you develop your construction skillsWork in accordance with all safety guidelines on job site and immediately report any incidents or violations of work rules to supervisorTake part in the forward planning process to ensure the building will be well-maintained in the futureFinalize home completions and walk homes or buildings with the construction manager and the clientEnsure maintenance of a clean job site, watering the yard as needed to create a good exterior appearanceDetailed cleaning skillsWillingness to move and transport large itemsProvide excellent customer serviceEnsure attention to detailPacking and loadingWants to work in a team atmosphereQualifications :
Able to work outdoors for long periods of time, and be able to climb ladders and stairsMust have graduated high school or has GEDPrevious work experience as an admin or in the construction industry is valuable but not requiredUnderstand some basic skills and construction methods and know how to use some construction tools and equipmentHistory of professionalism, being a team player, adhering to project schedules, regular attendance at work, and a strong work ethicMust live within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, Michigan, to be considered for this positionValid driver's license and a clean driving recordHigh School diploma or GED preferredStrong work ethicFriendly personality and the ability to work as a teamAbility to work longer hours if neededAttention to detailAble to stand for long periods of timeAbout Company
