• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time\n

• $3.00 Shift Differential for PM & NOC shifts\n

• LPN Pay up to $40.70 / hr\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs\n
• Support resident care plans and clinical documentation\n
• Lead and guide CNA staff\n
• Promote resident safety and comfort\n
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team\n\nQualifications : \n
• Active LPN or RN License in Wisconsin\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills\n
• A passion for caring for the aging population\n
